125 g flour, 120g butter, 100g sugar, 75g almond powder, cinnamon, 3 apples, 3 pears, some chocolate chunks if you feel like.
1/ Remove the skin and the seeds of the apples and pears. Cut the fruits in cubes. Place them in a oven plate. Place the chocolate chunks on top.
2/ For the crumble: with your hands, mix the flour, the sugar, the almond powder, the butter (that you took out of the fridge an hour before so that it became soft) and the cinnamon. The dough must have the aspect of the sand, with little and not so little chunks of dough.
3/ Place in the oven during half an hour, 210°.
