1/2 kg. Gizzards, 1/2 kg. Livers, 02 cloves of Garlic, 03 dl. White Wine, 03 Onions; Oil; Salt; Pepper, Margarine q.b.
Season the gizzards and the livers with the sliced thinly garlic and the white wine and allow to marinade for 2 hours.
Make few margarines heat the oil with one, add gizzards with the marinade, has soft fire.
